The skills development initiatives aim to empower vulnerable women both financially and socially, ultimately benefiting entire families through women's economic independence.

In 2023, 110 women and 92 men received training in diverse skills such as beautician services, tailoring, driving, pharmacy assistance, and phlebotomy. A youth skilling program was also introduced, providing basic computer training and career counseling to 139 adolescents.

The programs go beyond skill-building, educating women about their rights and offering counseling to help them cope with abuse, fostering self-esteem and confidence. Regular home visits engage trainees' families, ensuring support for their participation.

Additionally, 105 trainees were assisted in opening bank accounts, and they received training in entrepreneurship, customer relations, and financial management. By 2023, many trainees had increased their income fivefold from their previous earnings.
