We change your little help into a big help for people in need.
We cannot help everybody – but we can help some. And we do it!
To dismantle the barriers surrounding menstruation, we launched an Adolescent Health Program, engaging 800 adolescents. Our efforts aimed to reduce the social stigma associated with menstruation through various initiatives, including awareness campaigns, health camps, educational counseling, group meetings, and workshops.
In our commitment to ensuring privacy and hygiene for women and adolescents, we are actively constructing "Women-Friendly Toilets" in slum areas. These facilities are equipped with sanitary napkin vending machines and incinerators, providing a discreet and sanitary solution. The operation of these vending machines is sustained through community contributions.
In 2023, 15,200 women and adolescent girls benefited from the 12 women-friendly toilets, accessing over 20,000 sanitary napkins through the vending machines throughout the year.
Through the PNB MetLife initiative, LittleBigHelp reached 450 women and girls to raise awareness about menstrual hygiene and sanitation. In 2024, this number increased to 1,100
